Judy Mensch (1946)

Judy Mensch was born in New York City in 1946. She received her BFA at Tyler School of Art, Temple University, Philadelphia, PA and her MFA at Tyler School of Art in Rome, Temple University, Rome, Italy. In 1989 she studied color intaglio (photo-etching) at the Studio Camnitzer, in Valdottavo, Italy. In 1998 she went to Japan to study traditional Japanese woodblock printing and papermaking at ArtQuest Co. Ltd., Nagasawa Art Park Pilot Program, Tsuna, Awajishima, Japan.

Judy's work was reviewed in The New York Times, Sunday, September, 2000. She is a member of SAGA (The Society of American Graphic Artists), and has had numerous catalogues of her work published since 1995.
